Piper Spine Care is committed to providing patients with convenient access to high-quality care without the hassle of automated phone services or the confusion of large company beaurocracy. Our patients will not be given the "run-around" and will not have their time wasted bouncing from department to department. Many of our patients know the employees at Piper Spine Care by name and can rely on us to get back to them in a short amount of time. Our most important concern is a mutually-respectful relationship with our patients where we provide the best care for each patient's specific problem. Dr. Piper also continues to strive to be a leader in innovative medical procedures and practices. He is one of the first doctors in the midwest to offer the new XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion) surgery to patients. Not only has Dr. Piper travelled to San Paulo, Brazil to train with Dr. Pimenta - the founder of this revolutionary procedure - he has recently been honored with a visit from Dr. Pimenta to his St. Peters office where they reviewed several XLIF patients together. There is a very high success rate with this surgery with a great reduction in the recovery time. Finally, Piper Spine Care is one of the first clinics in the area to offer online health services to our patients. This allows our patients to have access to parts of their medical records online. Finally, Piper Spine Care is proud to announce the launch of Innovative Osteoporosis Solutions, our new osteoporosis clinic! Now we not only heal spine fractures, we also help to heal their underlying cause.
